1. Meeting of member representatives An annual meeting, convened by the
president, is held, usually before the end of April.
2. Provisional meeting of member representatives If required, a provisional
meeting is held in accordance with article 34 of the Association's statutes.
3. Meeting of board of directors A meeting of the board of directors is
convened by the president each one or two months.
4. Meeting of board of supervisors A meeting of the board of supervisors is
convened by the standing supervisor each two months.
5. Joint meeting of board of directors and board of supervisors If required, a
joint meeting of the board of directors and board of supervisors is convened by
the president.
6. Meeting of board of standing directors If required, a meeting of the board
of standing directors and supervisors is convened by the president.
7. Meeting of committee members A meeting of committee members is convened by
the thereto responsible committee member once every one to three months.
8. Physicians Day Celebration The celebration of Physicians Day is held by the
president and during this celebration senior physicians with 30 to 60 years of
practice are honored, winners of the 'Recreation Competition' are awarded and
winners of the Outstanding Physician Award (Hsing Lin Award) decorated.
