floor of the Mackay Memorial Hospital; participants include a total of over 600
members of the Taipei Medical Association and physicians from other cities and
counties. March 1 Implementation of the National Health Insurance system.

right of free choice:(2)physicians should have the right to fill prescriptions,
to be delivered to the Legislative Yuan; a total of 3000 participate in the
